I’m back and I’ve got so much to say! It’s my second week back in the gym now and it can’t get any better. I’m feeling so much more refreshed, stronger and uplifted! So much for my dieting I’ve already lost 1kg in a week and more to come. My abs are getting leaner too by the day and I’m sure in two or three short months or so you’d see a transform in me. I’m sure of it and meanwhile this is just a rough guide of what my diet looks like.
Morning
100g corn cereals
1 scoop protein mixed with 250ml low fat milk
1 cup black coffee with 1 spoonful of sugar without milk
Post workout
1 scoop protein mixed with 200ml of water
1 large banana
Mid afternoon
1 hotplate beef/chicken with soup/ fish sliced soup with added fish slices/ or grill chicken/fish with lemon sauce etc.
1 bowl of plain rice
2 servings of corn kennels cooked in boiling water
1 can of V8 vegetable juice
Dinner
Stemmed salmon/ 200g steak without sauce/ grill chicken with lemon sauce/ or tuna flakes in water with 1 whole tofu and egg pan-fried with 1 tablespoon olive oil
2 hard boiled eggs
1 fruit of my choice
Late night
1 scoop protein mixed with 250ml low fat milk
1 cup of oatmeal mixed with 200ml hot water
1 serving of cold baked beans
Something like that haha. I only choose all the food labels with the healthier choice labels as it is way more nutritious than ordinary brands. With the healthier choice labels not only it contains zero trans fat and minimal cholesterol/fat it also boosts more protein, with a good amount of sodium/potassium and many more vitamins and minerals. I also consume close to 1 gallon(3.8litres) of cold water a day. I measured it promptly using 2 1.5 litres container filled with water in my fridge and or of course counting the rest of my water consumptions altogether. Cold water not only keeps the body temperature down and rehydrate it also helps in better absorption and digestion of food and delivers the nutrient to where it needs to be in the body.
Tips I follow religiously for my diet and training
1. Sleep at least 7-9 hours a day to maintain good muscle recovery and growth
2. Caffeine is a must before working out for an instant boost of mental alertness and reduces fatigue
3. Eat between 5-6 small/moderate meals a day to even out the absorption and digestion of food
4. Snack on fruits or nuts if you have to
5. Drink plenty of water
6. When you start to get hungry at the least bit, eat something
7. 30 minutes high intensity cardio a day or alternately to promote fat lost and feel revitalized
8. Keep yourself motivated using any sort of method, regardless”ly”..

One of the most potent testosterone booster available legally in the market. For explosive strength gains and endurance, promotes fat lost and increases testosterone levels by 400% while lowering estrogen levels at the same time. Now I have to endure the “positive” side effect if you know what I mean lol.

A 200 pounds(90kg) heavy resistance hand grippers. I can barely close it for 3-4 times on each hand for now. Trust me it’s pretty mind blowing, the normal hand grippers you can find in any sports shop in sg are of 50 pounds resistance, Kettler brand to be exact. This is 4 times the resistance!
